Astronaut Jacob (Adam Sandler) travels alone to the edge of the solar system on a scientific mission, and six months later, he returns to Earth to find that his marriage has hit the rocks. And the only thing that can help him get his wife Lanka (Carey Muligan) back is the mysterious creature Hanush (Paul Dano voice) from the beginning of time lurking in the spaceship.
